All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Payment for rooms is collected upfront upon check in and is non-refundable.
- A RM50 cash security deposit is required upon check in. The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no losses or damage to property.
- Any damages, loses or removals of or from the lodge will be charge to the individual(s) concerned.
- The lodge reserves the absolute right to have access to rooms for the purpose of maintenance, cleaning or any other reason deemed appropriate.
- Check out time 12:00 noon.
- Check in time 2:00pm (if your room is available you can check in earlier).
- We reserve the right to turn away guests we deem unsuitable.
- We reserve the right to eject any guest who violates the House Rules (see separate page).
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Personal property
- The lodge shall not be held liable for death, sickness or injury to any guest or the loss, theft or damage to any guest's property however sustained.
- It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that the belongings are secure at all times.
